Meet Tommie


Founder, RYT-200, 85-Hr Prenatal Yoga Instructor, ASFA Certified Barre Instructor, Classical Mat Pilates Trained & Comprehensively Trained on Pilates Apparatus

Tommie has had a yoga practice for over 10 years and has found that this practice of balancing mind, body, and spirit has transformed her life. She started practicing in college when she was battling self-image and eating issues. She found that her mat was somewhere that she felt proud and connected to her body and mind.

In 2021, she received her 200 hour training through Michelle Pollard’s Foundations Yoga School in Schenectady. From that training, she was hooked on yoga. She found her life changing around her as she learned not only the physical aspects of yoga, but the mental and spiritual aspects as well.

Upon graduating her yoga training, she started her own business and continued her trainings from there. She is now a certified barre instructor, prenatal yoga instructor, and will be completing a Pilates training in 2023 as well.

Tommie has career experience in events and has decided to pair her love for fitness and yoga with her planning expertise. She finds planning retreats to be extremely fulfilling and is proud to bring women together for life-changing experiences.
